In our restaurant we offer you regional and Baden cuisine – from pork medallions, Maultaschen, homemade spaetzle to brewer’s steak with fried potatoes and Germany’s favorite “schnitzel”.
You can also expect only the best from a vegetarian perspective – homemade cheese spaetzle, vegetarian Maultaschen and green seed patties.
You will also be impressed by our constantly changing seasonal menu, e.g. the asparagus menu with “The Queen of Vegetables” which is known far beyond the borders of Bruchsal.
